Well, as a teacher on this specific scheme, you will have the flexibility of being a supply teacher with the security of still be paid every single day, even on the days you do not work!

• QTS and recent experience teaching
• Good subject knowledge and classroom management skills
• Enthusiasm, adaptability and a child‑centred approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• You will need to drive and have access to your own car
• You will need to be resilient, positive and have a can‑do attitude!
