.

This is an ideal opportunity for graduate teaching students or experienced Cover Supervisors with a strong interest in working within secondary education. The role offers hands‑on classroom experience and the chance to build essential skills ahead of future teacher training or education pathways.

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to classes in the teacher’s absence
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school expectations
• Support students with tasks and ensure work is completed to a high standard
• Work across a range of subjects and year groups, offering variety and valuable experience
• Implement the school's behaviour policy firmly and fairly, managing minor incidents.
