Aspire People are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work in schools across Nottingham. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with special educational needs and help them achieve their full potential.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties)
• Support pupils both academically and emotionally within the classroom
• Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored learning strategies
• Encourage positive behaviour and promote an inclusive learning environment
• Assist with personal care where required (depending on the setting)

• anday previous experience working with childrenelivery young people with SEN (essential)
• A patient, caring and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Competitive daily pay of £95 - £110, depending on experience
