Are you a patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in a mainstream primary school?

We are working with a welcoming and inclusive school in Manchester that supports children across Key Stages 1 and 2. While the majority of pupils are in a mainstream setting, some children may have additional learning needs or SEN, providing opportunities for you to make a meaningful difference for every child.

This is a fantastic chance to join a friendly team, support everyday classroom learning, and help pupils thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

• Support children in classroom lessons on a 1:1 or small-group basis.
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
• Help pupils with SEN or additional learning needs as required.
• Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and confidence.
• Contribute to a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.

• Experience supporting children in a school or childcare setting is desirable.
• Patient, adaptable, and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A willingness to support both mainstream learners and those with additional needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's learning and wellbeing.

• Hold Right to Work in the UK.
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS registered with the update service or be willing to apply.
• Provide two professional, child-related references covering the last two years.
