Position: Educational Visits Co-ordinator / Finance Administrator

Educational Visits Co-ordinator / Finance Administrator

Salary: £18,831 - £20,390 per annum (FTE: £26,141 - £28,305)

Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday – Friday 08:00 – 14:00 – Permanent/Term Time plus 2 weeks, total 41 working weeks)

Start date: Required to start as soon as possible.

Now recruiting for an Educational Visits Co‑ordinator / Finance Administrator to provide efficient and effective management of the school fund accounting system in line with the academy’s financial controls. The role includes administering the online payments system Parent Pay, fulfilling the role of peripatetic music lesson coordinator, and banking any school income that comes directly into the school. Park Vale Academy is part of Redhill Academy Trust and a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development, offering excellent CPD opportunities.
