Day-to-Day Primary Teacher - Nottingham

Flexible Supply EYFS, KS1 & KS2

We are looking for reliable, motivated, and flexible Primary Teachers to provide day‑to‑day supply cover across a range of welcoming primary schools in Nottingham
. This is an excellent opportunity if you’re seeking flexible work that fits around your schedule, offers variety, and allows you to teach in different school environments.

As a Day‑to‑Day Primary Teacher, you will deliver pre‑planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure continuity for pupils when their class teacher is absent. Roles are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and school routines
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively using positive strategies
• Provide a supportive, engaging and safe learning environment
• Communicate professionally with staff and contribute to school life
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times

Applicants must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent UK classroom teaching experience within a primary school
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A good understanding of the primary curriculum
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Flexibility and confidence to work in multiple schools

• Experience across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
• Ability to adapt lesson plans to meet pupil needs
• Experience supporting SEND pupils
• Strong behaviour management across different settings
