Locum Radiology Consultant Body interest in UroGynae

We are seeking to appoint 2 full‑time Locum Consultant Body Radiologists with an interest in Uro Gynae Imaging at Nottingham University Hospitals to ensure continuity of the service to support the local and regional demand for Uro Gynae imaging.

The successful applicant will share responsibility with other colleagues for the provision of all aspects of Body and Uro Gynae imaging in our Trust with possible future expansion to the Trusts within the regional network.

To provide, along with Consultant colleagues, a comprehensive elective and emergency on‑call service related to Uroradiology and acute cross‑cover to general radiology service. Subject to individual candidate interest and capacity, involvement in Gynae MDT and reporting can be arranged. There will be an opportunity to be involved in the Skin MDT if interested.

The posts include sessions for reporting time for MRI and CT, performing ultrasound and undertaking fluoroscopy guided procedures and participation in multidisciplinary meetings.

The successful candidate will be expected to become an effective member of the team of Body/Uroradiologists, to be responsible for the care of patients in their charge and to participate in teaching, research, audit and continuing professional development.
