Our client is a value-led, people focussed practice providing clients with inspirational and practical design solutions for the benefit of the communities in which they live and work. They are a dynamic multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, providing a wide range of services across many industry sectors, including commercial, education, defence, residential and more. They are currently recruiting a Senior Architect to join their Nottingham office where you will be playing a pivotal role in leading architectural design services across a diverse range of sectors.

You’ll act as a key advisor to clients, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards. From feasibility studies to site meetings, your expertise will guide every stage of the process.

Due to the nature of the work undertaken successful applicants will need to have active UK SC Clearance or the ability to gain UK SC clearance.

• Lead architectural projects valued between £300k-£10m, including sensitive and secure defence sector schemes.
• Proven experience in the defence sector or other secure environments.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; BIM experience desirable.
• Excellent design, technical, and graphic communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and NBS specification writing.
• Experience of a multi-discipline project environment, ideally across Defence, Maritime or a similar infrastructure setting (desirable not essential)
