Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Contract: 3-Month Initial Contract

We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our Nottingham team on an initial 3-month contract. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

• Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone
• Make outbound calls to follow up on queries and updates
• Log all call details accurately on the internal system
• Respond to client emails in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer issues or escape where necessary

• Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail
• Professional and customer-focused approach
