A leading security monitoring firm located in Nottingham is seeking part-time Call Centre Agents to join their team. The role involves assisting in the monitoring of CCTV and intruder alarms while providing exceptional customer service. Successful candidates will work weekend shifts, focusing on accurate response management to alarms. A strong communication skill set and previous customer service experience are preferred.

The position offers a salary of £14,055.54 per annum inclusive of shift allowance, along with various employee benefits.
