Reporting To: Smart Metering Manager

Compensation: £27,500 - £29,500 / year

Reports to: Smart Metering Manager

Location: Nottingham

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

Based in Nottingham, we are looking to expand our Smart Metering team within our operations department due to continued success & growth and have created an exciting opportunity for a Smart Metering advisor, ensuring an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained to our Yu Energy customers.

What We Need from Yü

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure all smart metering queries and work streams are resolved in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Builds strong relationships with other teams across the business, both internally & with external clients as well.
  • Ensure continuity by documenting and escalating required actions to management, identifying process irregularities, and defining ongoing operational needs.
  • Act as a liaison between customer-facing and non-customer-facing teams to manage complex enquiries and ensure effective resolution for the customer
  • Ensure business processes are robust.
  • Resolve a broad range of customer enquiries across written and verbal channels by providing effective solutions
  • To develop and maintain a good understanding of the systems and processes available to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Monitor, action, and escalate issues to ensure timely completion of the customer journey and keep third parties informed.
  • Ensure all requests are supported by accurate records so they are resolved within agreed timelines and standards.

  • Knowledge of working with smart meters would be advantageous.
