Compensation: £27,500 - £29,500 / year

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
Based in Nottingham, we are looking to expand our Smart Metering team within our operations department due to continued success & growth and have created an exciting opportunity for a Smart Metering advisor, ensuring an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained to our Yu Energy customers.

What We Need from YüHere’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
- Ensure all smart metering queries and work streams are resolved in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Builds strong relationships with other teams across the business, both internally & with external clients as well.
- Ensure continuity by documenting and escalating required actions to management, identifying process irregularities, and defining ongoing operational needs.
- Act as a liaison between customer-facing and non-customer-facing teams to manage complex enquiries and ensure effective resolution for the customer
- Ensure business processes are robust.
- Resolve a broad range of customer enquiries across written and verbal channels by providing effective solutions
- To develop and maintain a good understanding of the systems and processes available to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Monitor, action, and escalate issues to ensure timely completion of the customer journey and keep third parties informed.
- Ensure all requests are supported by accurate records so they are resolved within agreed timelines and standards.

- Experience with in the energy industry preferred.
- Knowledge of working with smart meters would be advantageous.
- Great communicator – you have first-rate communication and interpersonal skills
