Customer Service Advisor
Pay: £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
Shifts:
08:15 – 4:00pm Monday – Thursday 08:15am – 4:00pm Friday
Duration:
Permanent position
Immediate start
Responsibilities- Handling telephone enquiries
- Processing orders
- Preparing and issuing quotations
- Entering customer orders onto the system
- Dealing with over the counter sales
- Sending and responding to emails
- Checking customer orders for pricing and delivery details
- Experience working within a customer service based role
- The ability to use a range of Microsoft packages
- Early finish on Fridays
- Permanent role
