Position: Guest Experience Assistant (skydive)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual who shares our passion for outstanding customer service to join our team as a Guest Services Assistant. This individual will play a key role in providing a fun and safe environment for first time skydivers and help to create memories that will last a lifetime. A typical day involves welcoming Tandems Students, guiding them around the site throughout their experience and following up with them after their jump.

You will be working side‑by‑side with the Reception, Manifest and Tandem Instructor teams to ensure a smooth, efficient and positive experience for the Tandem Students.

All training will be provided. No previous skydiving experience required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer service: greet customers, provide information about skydiving services, and assist with any questions regarding the tandem skydive, safety, and the skydiving experience. Ensure all visitors feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Monitor customer experience:
    Ensure that all customers have a positive experience from the moment they walk in, providing assistance, encouragement, and guidance before and after their jump.
  • Follow up with customers post‑jump to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Work as a team:
    Collaborate closely with the administration and instructor teams to ensure smooth operations. Ensure all team members are informed about customer needs, jump schedules, and safety considerations.
  • Communication:
    Relay important information to customers about safety guidelines, weather conditions, and any updates or changes to bookings. Coordinate with instructors and other staff to ensure smooth operations.

  • Able to work every weekend and bank holiday with early starts and late finishes
  • Able to assess a customer’s needs and resolve customer issues
