• Handleandresolvecustomerqueries,ensuringthebestpossibleoutcomeforboththeclientandthebusiness.
• Prepare reports,updaterecords,andassistwithanycustomer-relateddatarequests.

• Fluentin Spanish and English (bothwrittenandspoken).
• Previousexperiencein
