Youwillbe workingwithateamtodeliverexceptionalcustomerservicetotheircustomerswhoareinarrearswiththeirutilitybills.

Youwillbe workingcloselywithcustomerstohelpthemresolve theirutilitydebtbywalkingthemthroughtheiroptionswithempathyandunderstanding.

Thisisininboundandoutboundcustomeroperativerolewhereyouwillbecustomerfacing,helpingtoassisttheirclientsandtheircustomerstofindtherightsolutiontomanagetheiroutstandingutilitybillsandarrears.

Youwillalsoassistourclientsagentsinthefieldsetupandagreepaymentplansandprocesspaymentsfromcustomers.
