The Building Surveyor will be responsible for delivering a professional surveying service across responsive repairs, planned works and compliance‑related projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, effective contract management and a commitment to delivering value for money while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
