I'm working with a large, well-established contractor delivering social housing refurbishment works. The contractor operates across a range of sectors including new build housing, social housing refurbishments, and commercial projects.

They are seeking a Site Manager to oversee roofing repair works across occupied social housing properties in Nottingham.

• Day-to-day management of roofing repair and refurbishment works
• Coordinating subcontractors and roofing teams on site
• Supervising works within occupied residential properties
• Ensuring works are carried out safely and in line with programme
• Monitoring quality of workmanship and signing off completed works
• Liaising with residents, client representatives, and internal teams
• Maintaining site paperwork including daily diaries, H&S records, and progress updates

• Previous experience managing roofing works within social housing contracts
• Experience working within occupied properties
• Strong understanding of health & safety requirements
• Good communication and organisational skills
• CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid (essential)
