A well‑regarded asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an Asbestos Surveyor to support projects in and around Berry Hill. The company is known for its consistent workflow, clear expectations, and practical approach to asbestos management, allowing surveyors to focus on delivering accurate, compliant surveys without unnecessary pressure.
This role is well suited to a surveyor seeking stability, sensible workloads, and a long‑term position within a supportive team.

- Undertake Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG
264 - Work across commercial and mixed‑use premises
- Produce high‑quality asbestos survey reports
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Ensure all surveys comply with current legislation and company standards
- BOHS P402 (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
- Good knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Full UK driving licence
