Projects valued up to £30m and involve new build offices, apartments and retirement living, across South Yorkshire. This opportunity has become available to a very busy pipeline of work, with more to come, It's a fantastic time to join.
This long-established contractor has a very busy pipeline of work and is looking for a number of operational candidates to join the business.
The Role
Manage and enforce Health and Safety
Quality monitoring
Subcontractor management
Manage day to day activity
Programme management
The Person
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
Experience on new build schemes up to £30m
Longevity in permanent roles
Good communication skills
IT Literate
Remuneration
Excellent package including bonuses and car allowance
