In this take responsibility for key construction engineering aspects of site projects, with an initial focus on our exciting new housing and commercial developments in the East Midlands.

• Managing subcontractors, materials, and the programme
• Reading, interpreting, and providing clear communication on site for layouts, material measurements, etc.
• Maintaining accurate site records

• 3+ years' experience as a site engineer on residential builds, ideally with some commercial build experience.
• Qualification in Construction, Engineering, Management, or similar.
