Nursery Manager

We are looking for a Nursery Manager who can inspire a passionate team, provide outstanding care and education, and build lasting relationships with children, parents, and the local community. About the Role As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, and safety.

You will lead a strong, engaged team, manage budgets and administration, and promote the nurserys reputation in the local community.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a busy nursery, supporting staff and fostering a positive, motivated team culture. Implement the EYFS framework in line with company and Ofsted guidelines. Build strong relationships with parents, carers, local authorities, and regulatory bodies. Recruit, induct, and develop staff, ensuring they have the training and support to thrive.
