• Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery with confidence and care.
• Inspire, mentor, and develop a passionate early years team.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families and professionals.
• Ensure outstanding practice across EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted readiness.

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised).
• Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge.
• Senior leadership experience within a nursery setting.
• A genuine passion for leading people and nurturing potential.
