Required:
NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare

Ratio of staff to children: High staffing to meet individual needs
Experienced, determined, caring, and thoughtful Deputy Manager
Age 22+ to meet Ofsted regulations
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in residential childcare
NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
Leadership experience: supervising staff, leading shifts, making rotas, leading staff meetings, ensuring placement plans and education support are followed, maintaining policies, procedures, and risk assessments
Ability to create positive, long-term relationships with children
Committed to safeguarding and promoting welfare
You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (not deemed equivalent)
Candidates with only Health Care, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications
You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
