Children 1st Plumtree Nursery School, Station Road, Plumtree, Nottingham NG12 5NA

Hours:

Full Time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary:
From £12.25 - £13.05 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications) plus £500 Welcome Bonus

Travel Allowance:

We offer a travel allowance of up to £50 per month for employees who live 5 miles or more from the nursery, or who need to travel 1 mile or more using public transport

Outside, our large garden offers plenty of opportunities for active play, discovery, and hands-on learning in a beautiful natural setting.

As a Nursery Practitioner you will be a key part of keeping our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:

• Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily

• Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions

• Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments

• A true love for child development and care

• Able and willing to work in a team

• Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents

• High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity

• Knowledge of the EYFS framework

• Early Years qualification at Level 2/3

• Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
