Position: Costs Negotiator / Drafter (HDR)

The Role:

We need a candidate who can "hit the ground running" to manage the full costs lifecycle:
Drafting:
Preparing Costs Schedules for trial (N260s) and detailed Bills of Costs upon settlement. Negotiation:
Acting as a robust negotiator to secure maximum recovery from Defendants. Litigation:
Commencing formal assessment proceedings where agreement cannot be reached. Enforcement:
Managing the recovery of agreed funds to ensure the firm's cash flow is protected. Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

Must have a proven track record in Housing Disrepair costs (Claimant experience is highly preferred). Technical Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of the CPR and the nuances of fixed vs. standard costs within the housing sector. Drive: A proactive professional who enjoys the "win" of a successful negotiation. Presence:
As this is a 100% office-based role, you should enjoy working in a vibrant team environment. Package & Benefits:
