Job Role:
Purchasing & Export Coordinator
Location:
Nottingham
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Metalis are working with a specialist manufacturer who are looking for a Purchasing & Export Coordinator to join their team.
Job Duties- Provide purchasing and export support to the operations team
- Raise and track project purchasing PO's
- Ordering of project materials
- Responsible for shipping and logistics arrangements
- Set up supplier accounts and negotiate supplier rates
- Comply with the ISO
9001 standards - Responsible for controlling all activities impacting profitability, including operational and purchasing costs
- Encourage and recognise improvement ideas and actions
- Experience in a Purchase & Export role or similar
- Knowledge of import/export
- Engineering/Manufacturing experience (desired)
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm & Friday 8am - 3:30pm
