Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator, you will support day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities to ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and on schedule. You’ll act as a key link between production, sales and management teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving, coordination, and process improvement. You will be dealing with customers and clients on a daily basis being on the phone and email.

07:30am - 15:30pm or 09:00am - 17:00pm

Monday to Friday

• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with procurement to ensure material availability
• Track customer sales and deal with quotes when they arrive
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
• Provide administrative and project support to the Operations Manager

• Previous experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain coordination
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
