Business Change Lead

We are working with a fabulous client in Nottingham to help them find a people-focused, highly motivated, Business Change Lead to join their team and help shape how their business continues to evolve.

This is a genuinely hybrid role – giving you the flexibility to work remotely while staying closely connected to the business, stakeholders and delivery teams when it really matters.

Working as part of the change business change team, and as part of a broader project team, you will lead change initiatives ensuring that new ways of working, systems, processes and technologies are not just delivered – but fully adopted.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building strong, trusted relationships at all levels and creating genuine advocacy for change
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to define and shape a clear vision of change
• Developing and delivering pragmatic change strategies aligned to our Business Change framework
• Assessing business impact and managing the people side of change across projects and initiatives
• Driving adoption, identifying risks and removing barriers to success
• Tracking benefits to ensure change delivers real, measurable value
• Acting as a visible ambassador for change management across the organisation

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of having delivered change programmes and initiatives across various functional areas, and be able to bring to life not only what the have achieved, but also how they have achieved success.
