Responsibilities
Relationship ownership
- Be the main contact for incoming inquiries and the liaison point between internal sources and the service. Lead the activity relating to framework renewal partnering with other teams.
Framework management
- Be the primary contact for queries relating to product updates and the main contact and liaison point between our teams (eg BUs Commercial Legal and Compliance including deal sign‑on/approval).
- Work with the Global Security Office to ensure that annual Cyber‑Essentials certification is in place.
- Manage the application process for joining new frameworks.
Billing and invoice investigations
- Ensure that monthly billing for CCS is correct. Deal with queries from multiple Public Sector bodies utilising frameworks and work with the relationship owner to address issues with service or billing.
Horizon scanning
- Monitor Government Procurement sites for new opportunities. Keep up to date with new developments in the sector with regard to risks and opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis
- Develop and deliver regular reports on framework performance, compliance status and quality improvement projects. Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for further enhancements in framework management.
Support GTM Operations
- Contribute to wider GTM operational reporting and client usage data quality/remediation efforts. Ensure accuracy and consistency of client usage data across GTM operations to support informed decision‑making.
- Extensive knowledge of Public Sector procurement frameworks and regulations.
- Experience in a leadership role within a sales or compliance function, ideally gained in the Public Sector.
- Advantageous to have prior understanding of GCloud-14 DRS DPS and other Crown Commercial Service frameworks.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Tailor your communication style to suit a diverse audience internally and externally.
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights (Tableau or Power BI).
- Relevant certifications in procurement compliance or project management desirable but not essential.
- Experience in driving quality improvements and compliance projects.
