NJR Recruitment are working with a leading UK independent financial advice firm who are seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their thriving team in either Nottingham or Warwick. This role will see you providing high-quality, proactive support to consultants advising on Group Schemes and Employee Benefit Solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Produce Pension Governance scheme information

- Prepare research and discussion documents
- Create, update and track all leads for pension referrals
- Liaise with providers to gather client information
- Generate client letters via mail merge and track responses
- Obtain quotations, key features, applications and all relevant meeting documentation
- Process renewals of Employee Benefit Schemes, including checking and issuing annual accounts
- Draft employee and scheme-member communications
- Provide day‑to‑day account management and maintain regular contact with employer clients
