About the role:You will be responsible for developing ourτούν gift offer for our biggest brand No7. The role is exciting and fast‑paced. You will work in matrix with our cross‑functional teams to bring the most compelling gifts to our customers.
You will be part of the No7 Beauty Company Gifting team reporting into the Global Product Manager No7 Gifting and will also support our Global Product Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop our Gift Offer (Christmas all year round and Gift with purchase)
- End‑to‑end Style Guide development delivered on time within budget, from design brief creation & communication to the design agency to the conduit for briefing the response to the brief
- Onward briefing of products and packaging to the Buying / Packaging teams via the generation of Style Guides and associated gift detail / creative assets
- Create & receive samples constantly refining and feeding back on product development
- Finalise all pack copy, being accountable for IP compliance / name checks
- Fragrance / formulation briefs and approvals in liaison with Technical and Brand Teams
- Hard goods development – including accessories and bags
You’ll be a team player with a passion for beauty gifting and will be energized about bringing these products to life. You will have great attention to detail, be competent in analysing data and deducing patterns or trends, be happy working in a fast‑paced environment, be confident in developing effective relationships and be adaptable as the needs of the business change around you.
If you spot an opportunity to work differently or do something more effectively, you will be proactive in sharing your observations and thinking practically about how to deliver improvements. You will be able to develop strong relationships with the matrix teams.
