Let's Paint the Picture of the Role

Are you an analytical and strategic thinker with a passion for pricing and process improvement? Do you have experience in project management and working in multi-disciplinary teams? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are seeking a talented Pricing and Process Analyst to join our team and help drive our Margin Management Program to new heights. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing pricing and margin opportunities to improve our business structures, processes, and margins.

You will work in a dynamic international environment and will be based in our headquarters Amsterdam. This role sits within the commercial & strategic development office and is closely collaborating with our 8 BU’s. You will report to the Director Margin Management Program.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze pricing and margin opportunities to improve business structures, processes, and margins.
  • Work in a dynamic international environment at headquarters in Amsterdam.
  • Collaborate closely with 8 business units in the commercial and strategic development office.
  • Report to the Director of the Margin Management Program and help drive the Margin Management Program to new heights.
Qualifications
  • Sound commercial experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one other language.
  • Expertise in MS-Office, ERP/BW, and CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills for complex analyses and proficiency with analytics, statistics, and visualization software such as Power BI, Tableau, Sac, and SAS.
  • Strong research and synthesis skills to translate analysis into implications and recommendations.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to lead working sessions for design and implementation activities.
  • Team player comfortable with collaborative work.
