Business Analyst – Business Change & Delivery Team

Join our Business Change and Delivery team as a Business Analyst, partnering across the firm to transform complex requirements into effective technical solutions. You'll lead project discovery phases, analyse business processes, and identify efficiency improvements whilst conducting data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Working closely with stakeholders and Technology colleagues, you'll document processes, create business cases, and facilitate implementation of new systems and tools. Your expertise in requirements elicitation, process modelling (BPMN), and User Stories will be essential.

We're seeking an analytical thinker with excellent communication skills, experienced in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. You'll thrive working collaboratively at all levels, demonstrating resilience, pragmatism, and solution-focused thinking. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, and Azure Dev Ops is required.
