In this role, you’ll take ownership of delivering new business revenue by achieving annual sales targets and building a strong pipeline of prospective customers. You’ll develop deep expertise in the Payroll and Human Resources market, and build strong knowledge of MHR’s iTrent, People First, and Managed Service offerings. Using a consultative, value-based sales approach, you’ll identify, shape, and close new opportunities while ensuring accurate forecasting, high-quality documentation, and full adherence to MHR’s quality standards.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Pre-Sales, and wider support teams to ensure sales activities are effectively positioned and supported with the right technical expertise. As part of a collaborative sales environment, you’ll share market insight, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to support wider business objectives. You’ll also maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, representing MHR professionally at all times and contributing to a consistent, high-quality sales experience.
YourImpact
Your success will directly influence MHR’s revenue growth and market position, particularly within the public sector. By generating and managing a robust pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts, and closing high-quality new business contracts, you’ll help achieve the company’s business plan targets. Your ability to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and deliver well-presented, compliant proposals will strengthen customer confidence and reinforce MHR’s reputation as a trusted partner in Payroll and HR solutions.
