As Global Marketing Lead, you will take ownership of the international marketing strategy with a strong focus on accelerating growth in the US market. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and execute high‑impact, multi‑channel performance marketing initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth and market expansion. You will have the autonomy to turn strategic ideas into tangible results, working at both a strategic and hands‑on level to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with ambitious business objectives.

Your Team
You will work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, and the wider organisation, collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure alignment between campaign activity, revenue goals, and customer needs. Partnering with performance marketing, content, media, and brand teams, you will help create tailored marketing assets and integrated campaigns that resonate across key sectors and geographies. By fostering strong cross‑functional relationships, you will ensure MHR’s solutions are clearly positioned as the best fit for organisations looking to transform their people and payroll capabilities.
Your Impact
In this role, you will drive measurable growth by owning the global campaign calendar and delivering effective, data‑led performance campaigns that generate a qualified pipeline and increase brand awareness in priority markets. You will play a key role in managing and forecasting the global revenue pipeline, ensuring marketing activity supports year‑on‑year growth targets. Through clear KPIs, robust measurement frameworks, and continuous optimisation, you will improve conversion rates, maximise media reach, and provide actionable insights into campaign performance.
Your work will directly influence demand generation, market expansion, and MHR’s success on a global scale.
