Commercial Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Analyst to join our Commercial team. This role focuses on analysing data, generating actionable insights, and supporting performance improvement across the business. It is well suited to someone early in their finance or commercial career who has strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a passion for turning data into meaningful business decisions.

• Analyse sales, hours, and margin performance across customer and contract data to support commercial decision-making.
• Identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities to improve margin, growth, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards against key KPIs, using automation where possible to improve speed and accuracy.
• Support customer, sub-regional, and business-wide ad hoc analysis as directed by the Commercial Development Director.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, including monthly rolling forecasts.
• Support financial modelling related to legislative or regulatory changes impacting the sector.
