Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a PBV Commercial Sales Manager, to be responsible for driving sales of Commercial vehicles across our 3 AMG PBV Centres, through the effective leadership and development of the PBV Sales team. Based at our newly developed state of the art KIA centre in Milton Keynes with occasional travel required to Nuneaton and Gillingham.

This role plays a key part in delivering business growth, achieving both AMG and KIA UK targets, maintaining brand standards and ensuring an exceptional customer service. This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a basic salary of £45,000 and an OTE of £60,000, reporting to the General Manager. Why Allen Motor Group? Skills & Experience:

To be considered for this position we would expect the successful candidate to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Strong previous experience gained from a similar management role within a branded commercial vehicle dealership A full UK Driving licence Previous experience managing and motivating a sales department A strong work ethic Fantastic stakeholder management skills Key Duties and Responsibilities Ensure all company and KIA UK KPIs are achieved Ensuring AMG legislative and FCA compliance is managed Ensuring all procedures and attitudes are in place throughout their area of responsibility to deliver excellent levels of service.
