What you’ll be doing
  • Ensure customer data is handled securely and in full compliance with data protection policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of each brand’s business, avoiding disclosure of information to external parties.
  • Arrange timely delivery to customers and plan orders through our internal trunking network to meet final mile CDC SLAs set by the brand or customer.
  • Demonstrate a professional and friendly telephone manner, providing accurate and high-quality information to customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times.
  • Liaise effectively with brands, suppliers, and customers to support smooth operational processes.
  • Promote and uphold a strong team spirit across all brands, customers, and colleagues.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional office environment.
  • Ensure data entry is completed promptly, accurately, and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Adhere to company guidelines, ensuring all data is correctly stored in line with paperwork retention and audit policies.
  • Be flexible to support operational needs, including working outside normal contracted hours, on weekends, and bank holidays, as required by the business.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in supply chain or logistics administration.
  • Experience in communicating with external customers.
  • Proficient in G Suite and other office productivity tools.
  • Strong experience in data entry, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Professional and exceptional telephone manner.
