• Work with the used car sales manager in the maintenance and prices of the used cars stored on the pitch.
• Offer flexibility to ensure all roles within the Sales, Fleet, Service, Rental Departments such asfuelingvehicles for delivery,P.D.I., daily tax runs to Post Office and DVLA.
• Collect and deliver customers vehicles punctually and carefully ensuring a full inspection is carried out on the vehicle before and after delivery.
• Always ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction, by ensuring the timely collection and delivery of customer vehicles
• Maximise additional service, sales, parts, rental opportunities by actively promoting all departments.
• Effectively work within the dealership team to always ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
