Head's PA

I am working with a school in Nottingham that is seeking a proactive and reliable PA to the Headteacher on a temporary, full-time basis.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Providing high-level administrative and organisational support to the Headteacher
• Managing the Head's diary, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
• Drafting correspondence, preparing documents and handling confidential information
• Acting as the first point of contact for staff, parents and external stakeholders
• Organising school events, meetings and preparing agendas/minutes
• Supporting with daily operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the school
• Managing incoming communications and prioritising tasks effectively

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Previous school-based experience
• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to handle sensitive information
• Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• A calm, professional and dependable approach
• Confidence to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
