About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Assistant Project Coordinator to support project delivery across multiple teams. This role involves assisting with planning, scheduling, documentation, and communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

This position is ideal for individuals starting their career in project coordination or project management who want hands‑on exposure in a structured project environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project managers with daily coordination activities
  • Assist in maintaining project plans, schedules, and trackers
  • Prepare and update project documentation and reports
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
  • Track project tasks, risks, and action items
  • Support communication between stakeholders and project teams
  • Monitor project progress and elevate issues where required
  • Ensure compliance with project management processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem‑solving mindset
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Management, IT, or related field
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana)
  • Basic understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies
  • Entry‑level certification (PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM, or similar)
