Are you an organised individual who enjoys working in a busy office environment? Do you have excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for data management? If so, we have the role for you! Our reputable client is currently seeking a Temp to Perm Facilities Administrator to join their team due to significant successful growth of their current client base.
The successful candidate will demonstrate previous facilities or construction experience. Excellent telephone and email communication skills and a general knowledge of MS Excel for data management purposes are vital.
- Handle inbound calls from clients regarding facilities issues
- Liaise with contractors to coordinate emergency building works via telephone
- Book emergency call‑out appointments for customers in a timely manner
- Respond to urgent telephone and email queries
- Ensure client information is kept up to date on internal CRMs
- Polite and professional telephone manner
- Experience managing diaries and coordinating works
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and CRMs
- Good attention to detail with the ability to interpret data
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:30pm
