Job Description & How to Apply Below

Cure Talent is proud to partner with a rapidly growing medical technology company developing innovative wearable systems. Their mission is to improve patient outcomes through advanced engineering and cutting‑edge research.

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator / Project Coordinator who gets things done. This is a hands‑on role supporting day to day operations, project delivery, and logistics for high value UK and international system installations and services. You will sit at the centre of operations, keeping actions moving, details under control, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

This Operations Coordinator / Project Coordinator role suits someone pragmatic, dependable, detail focused, and proactive. Someone who takes ownership, finishes tasks properly, and is comfortable rolling their sleeves up in a fast paced, growing environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support day to day operations, schedules, and workflows across teams
  • Coordinate and track projects, actions, and deliverables
  • Own UK and international shipments end to end, including documentation and tracking
  • Support supplier coordination, purchase orders, deliveries, and service readiness
  • Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and records for audit readiness
  • Support facilities, site, and general operational issues as they arise
  • Help improve processes, templates, SOPs, and handovers as the business scales
What we are looking for in an Operations Coordinator / Project Coordinator:

You will have around 3 to 5 years’ experience in an operations, project coordination, operations support, or logistics role, ideally within an engineering, manufacturing, or technical environment. You will have exposure to logistics and project based work, and be comfortable working to processes and SOPs within a regulated or quality driven setting.

Just as important is attitude. You will be organised, reliable, and detail sharp, with strong follow through and a willingness to take ownership. Training can be provided where needed.

This role offers clear progression into operations management, project management, or logistics as the business continues to grow.

If this sounds like you and you think you would thrive in a collaborative and fast paced Med Tech environment, we would love to hear from you.
