Job Title: Administrator
Location: Coventry
Salary: 12.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 14:00 (Part Time)
An opportunity has arisen for a reliable and organised Administrator to join a friendly team in Coventry. This is a part-time role suited to someone with strong administrative experience who can manage day-to-day office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Answering incoming phone calls and handling enquiries professionally
- Managing and updating diaries and schedules
- Inputting invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- General administrative support as required
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Ideally based locally to Coventry
- 12 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)
- Pension scheme
- Part-time hours offering a good work-life balance
