Overview
£28,000 + quarterly bonus (typically £2–3k per year)
If you’re currently an SJP Administrator with 2+ years’ experience and want more flexibility and to move into paraplanning, this is built for you.
We’re working with a growing St. James's Place outsourced support firm that provides admin and paraplanning services to Partner Practices. Due to growth, they’re hiring a Trainee Paraplanner to support allocated practices and build long-term working relationships with advisers.
What you’ll be doing- Supporting SJP advisers with admin and basic paraplanning.
- Gradually increasing paraplanning responsibilities as experience develops
- Assisting with annual reviews, ongoing advice reviews & suitability letters (full support provided)
- Managing workflows via Salesforce & iBusiness
- Becoming the go-to contact for your allocated practices
You don’t need full paraplanning experience — but you must have:
- Minimum 2 years within an SJP practice (admin)
- Experience using Salesforce and iBusiness
