The team..

The Workplace Services Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring ITV’s London sites operate seamlessly day to day. Supporting colleagues across the business, the team delivers a high standard of front-facing workplace services including logistics, facilities coordination and on-the-ground operational support.

This is a fast-paced, highly visible team that works closely with Security, Catering, Cleaning, Helpdesk and Building Management partners to create a professional, efficient and welcoming environment for ITV colleagues and visitors. The team prides itself on delivering outstanding customer service, driving continuous improvement and ensuring that facilities and support services run smoothly across multiple sites.

The role..

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Logistics Coordinator – South to join our Workplace Services team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Logistics Team Leader – South, you’ll play a key role in delivering a professional, responsive and customer-focused logistics service across ITV London sites.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. From managing courier requests and stationery supplies to supporting meeting rooms, stock control and building operations, you’ll be central to ensuring colleagues are supported seamlessly. The role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in delivering first-class service with a positive, “can-do” attitude.

Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitate courier requests throughout the day prioritising urgent bookings. Liaise with the account manager to set up new accounts, attend review meetings to assist with cost control.
  • Managing mail distribution, courier bookings and urgent logistics requests throughout the day
  • Monitoring meeting rooms to ensure furniture and equipment are set up and functioning correctly
  • Managing stationery, tea point consumables and non-catalogue supply requests, including stock control and cost monitoring
  • Liaising with suppliers, branding partners and stakeholders to manage ITV merchandise accounts and storage requests
  • Booking deliveries with security and building management teams using landlord systems
  • Storage - manage requests from all departments requiring offsite storage, retrieval and provide monthly reports.
  • Carrying out housekeeping audits and supporting small moves and workspace changes across sites
  • Compiling monthly dashboard reports covering visitor numbers, courier spend, stationery spend and recycling rates
  • Acting as a point of contact for guests, visitors and colleagues requiring assistance or information
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
  • Experience delivering high-quality customer service within a workplace, facilities or logistics environment
  • Strong IT literacy, with confidence using software-based systems and reporting tools
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
