Operations & Administrative Coordinator (Strategy & Operations)
- Contract: 12-month PAYE
- Salary: £42,000
- Location: London - Hybrid (2-3 days per week on-site)
This is an operations and administrative support role within the Strategy & Operations function of a global technology organisation.
The position supports a Senior Manager with day-to-day coordination and provides light diary and scheduling support to a Director. The emphasis is on execution, organisation, and reliability rather than leadership or decision-making authority.
This role is suited to someone early to mid-career in operations or business support who wants exposure to a strategic, fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and operational support to a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-up actions
- Support planning cycles, internal reviews, and reporting processes
- Assist with documentation, presentations, and process coordination
- Maintain task tracking, timelines, and shared documentation
- Provide calendar and scheduling support to a Director, including cross-time-zone meetings
- Manage meeting logistics, travel coordination, and expenses
- Support onboarding activities and ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role
- Experience supporting managers in a corporate or professional services environment
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Professional communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Discreet and reliable when handling sensitive information
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Teams or Slack
- Exposure to project, workflow, or task-tracking tools is advantageous
- Exposure to strategy and operations within a large, global technology business
- Regular interaction with senior managers and directors
- A solid platform for progression into operations, PMO, or executive support roles
