Position: School Administrator - NG1 (Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Part Time)
School Administrator – NG1 Nottingham

Requirement:
Must hold a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one

Provide Education & Teachers UK are seeking a reliable and experienced School Administrator to support schools in Nottingham city (NG1 area). This role is essential for ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting students, parents, and staff.

Key Duties:

* Perform a wide variety of administrative tasks in line with school processes, confidentiality, and safeguarding

* Manage information relating to finance, student records, staffing, and other school systems

* Handle financial processes including budget monitoring, order processing, cash handling, and account reconciliation

* Organise school events, trips, and excursions, including venue bookings and transport arrangements

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience using Scholar Pack (essential)

* Experience using Parent Pay (desirable)

* Strong office and administration experience

* Competent with IT software, ideally including Integris

* Excellent communication skills; friendly, approachable, and empathetic

* Highly organised, proactive, and professional
