Position: FM Scheduler: Dynamic Helpdesk & Maintenance Planner

A facilities management consultancy in Nottingham seeks an FM Scheduler for managing incoming calls, workforce planning, and reactive maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate has customer‑facing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Key responsibilities include scheduling work, responding to emergencies, and managing task completions using Maximo. This role offers a pay rate of approximately £14 per hour, working 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for permanent placement.
