Immediate Start Administrator Needed

Are you an organised and proactive administrator available to start immediately?

A busy social housing contractor in Nottingham is seeking a temporary Administrator to join their team.

About the Role:

You'll be providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of operations. This is a fast-paced environment where your efficiency and attention to detail will be highly valued.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Available to start ASAP

Highly organized with excellent administrative skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A strong communicator

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable and punctual

Key Responsibilities May Include:

Data entry and record keeping

Managing correspondence (emails, letters)

Answering phones and directing enquiries

Filing and document management

General office support
